About Nexuux

Built for one job

Nexuux exists because every general-purpose accounting system hits a transaction volume ceiling. When you operate a bank, a payment network, or a large e-commerce platform, that ceiling arrives fast. Journals batch overnight instead of posting in real time. Reconciliations time out. Reports take hours. Month-end becomes a crisis.

We built Nexuux to remove that ceiling entirely. The system is designed from the ground up for entities with millions of transactions a month—not adapted from a small business bookkeeping tool.

Dedicated deployment means each customer's data and workload is completely isolated. No shared infrastructure, no shared database, no contention from other tenants. Your transaction volume does not affect another customer, and theirs does not affect you.

Our focus

Transaction ingestion, automated journal posting, reconciliation, and reporting at scale. Nothing more. We do not build invoicing, payroll, or expense management. The narrowness is deliberate. We solve the hard problem well rather than the full problem poorly.

Enterprise infrastructure, not software-as-a-service-in-a-box

Nexuux is built by engineers and accountants who have operated financial infrastructure at scale. We understand the difference between a system that works in a demo and one that works on the last day of quarter when every downstream report depends on it.
